I founded a private company called Techiespod Inc. Based on my experience I concluded techies are better establish their private company for their career. Japanese software engineer likely to belongs few companies until he is retired. I am one of them.
I am still writing a code. And I love it. But writing a code without business is painful. Unlike our time, now it is digital transformation age. Software and business must grow together. Another word there are no business success without software growth. This is what I learned from my career.
This is why I started a business and I consider it my last career.
